Rex
Rex replaces the pile of tools a small agency pays for: time tracking, projects, holidays, documents, passwords, invoices and a client portal, in one place with one login. We built it to run Blacknosaur, and AI agents can operate it alongside the team. Every module is included for €4 per person per month.
01Problem
The problem it solves
A small agency ends up paying for a project tool, a time tracker, a password manager, an invoicing app, an HR platform and file storage. None of them talk to each other, every new hire needs six logins, and someone spends part of every week copying the same data between them.
Rex was built by an agency that lived this. Its makers started in 2015 with a spreadsheet, grew into six separate tools, and by 2022 onboarding one designer took a whole morning. With everything in Rex they cancelled six subscriptions and onboarding took fifteen minutes. Blacknosaur runs on it every day.

The day starts with one tap, on desktop or phone. Rex keeps the log and its audit trail, as Spanish labour law requires, and reminds anyone who forgets.

Tasks move from to do to done on each project's board, with time entries linked to the task they belong to.

Invoice
Tracked hours and expenses become an invoice or a quote with your branding, followed from draft to sent, viewed and paid.

The client sees projects, documents and invoices in their own portal, and signs contracts there. Client seats are free.

An AI agent connected over MCP handles the admin with your permissions, and every action it takes lands in the activity thread.

01What does it replace?
A project tool like Notion, Asana or Trello; a time tracker like Toggl or Harvest; invoicing like Holded; a password manager like 1Password; file storage like Dropbox; and an HR tool like Factorial.
02How much does it cost?
€4 per user per month, or €38 per user per year. Every module is included, client portal seats are free, and you can cancel anytime. Card or SEPA direct debit.
03Do I need to install anything?
No. Rex runs in the browser.
04Can I bring my existing data?
Yes. Employee data, invoices and expenses can be imported from CSV.
05How do AI agents work with it?
Connect an MCP client such as Claude, ChatGPT or Codex. The agent acts with your permissions, can be kept read-only, and has to confirm before it deletes anything.
06Is the data safe?
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-based, vaults are encrypted, and actions are logged.
